Returns & Exchanges

At Dressbarn, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
